Cory Shaw attended the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she received her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. She is licensed through the state of Texas as an acupuncturist and nationally certified to practice Chinese herbology. She has been seeing patients at the Center for Complementary Medicine since 2004. She believes that TCM harmonizes and complements bio-medicine. Often, TCM excels in the areas where bio-medicine leaves off. She is passionate about her practice because the nature of TCM allows her to make a personal connection with each patient and truly get to know them as an individual.
